We are recruiting on behalf of our growing client who specialises in Debt Recovery. We are currently growing the team and are recruiting for Call Centre Agents to join the team.

About the role:

- Resolving low value outstanding parking charges from individuals
- Managing difficult conversations in a sensitive manner
- Entering accurate records of customer interactions
- Achieving personal and team targets in a contact centre environment
- Day to day handling of multi channel communication

About you:

- Previous experience within an internal sales or collections role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to self-motivate and manage your own work load
- Computer and telephone experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail

**Salary**: £20,500.00 per year
