**Import & Export Administrator - 12 month Fixed term contract**

**Major Tasks**
- Prepare import / export documentation and manage communication with broker
- Customs clearance
- Import permit
- Customs broker Management
- Payment of duties / clearance to Broker
- Maintenance of document records
- Coordinate customs inspection
- Contact to authorities for operational matters
- Collaborate with T&C on MARGO procedures, IIMEX, AEO in order to ensure compliance of IE operations
- Reporting to local management on Shipment and IE status
- Collaborate on implementation of SOPs with IE Governance Officer
- Escalate IE issues to IE Gov. Officer
- Export Stock report from Bayer systems for distribution to Key stakeholders in the Crop commercial business.
- Export Purchase order data from Bayer systems for distribution to Key stakeholders in the Crop commercial business.
- Contacting Bayer Production sites for confirmation of deliveries ahead of due dates
- Escalation of orders which do not fit the desired plan - within the UK SCM
- Working with CSI team and UK Commercial teams to provide delivery date information for finished product availability
- Participate in local/regional/global projects as required.
- Filing of checks for Audit purposes
- Assist Bayer 3rd party in System transaction to support SAP accuracy
- Support the SCM team with internal and external stock checks in 3rd party facilities
- Assistance with admin tasks associated with label and Data management

**Who you are? - KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Good experience in a customer services environment.
- Ideally educated to ‘A’ level standard.
- Able to demonstrate a good understanding of the industry.
- Customer focussed, confident, assertive and influential with a good telephone manner.
- Able to build and maintain professional working relationships with Suppliers and colleagues.
- Able to remain calm and manage conflicting priorities and a heavy workload.
- A strong team player, able to work flexibly and collaboratively.
- Able to recognise and report significant/interesting developments or trends in the daily business.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including strong Word & Excel skills.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Effective networking and collaborative skills.
- Well organised and analytical.
