**MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB**

We are looking for a Private Chauffeur Sales Administrator to join our vibrant sales team at Evan Evans. Supporting the Private Chauffeur Sales Manager with a range of administrative tasks, we’re looking for someone with excellent attention to detail.

**DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Confirming Private Chauffeur package bookings received via Evan Evans website and via B2B partners with customer.
- Ensuring bookings and enquiries are responded to swiftly.
- Sourcing and booking appropriate vehicles, Guides and Driver Guides for these tours.
- Booking the entry tickets into the sights for these tours.
- Liaising with Hotel Concierge directly or through our London Sales Team for Private Tours.
- Sourcing of new Guides for the Private Chauffeur Tours.
- Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheet for both packaged tours and bespoke tours.
- Helping the Private Chauffeur Sales Manager with bespoke enquiries.
- Liaising with accounts department - reconciling incoming invoices from Guides and suppliers; incoming online payments and invoicing to be sent to Head Cashier promptly.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of the product range.
- Communicate using Teams throughout the company.
- Participate in on-going learning and development activities.

**EXPERIENCE**
- Experience working within a Private Chauffeur Tours company.
- Fluent English both written and spoken.
- Office administration and computer skills (outlook/excel/teams)
- Any additional languages an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £24,000.00 per year
