Siemens are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our P&O (People and Organisation) team. As a Senior Adviser you will contribute to and support delivery of our people strategy, whilst dealing with more complex and high-risk operational issues. You will design and deliver People & Organisation activities to meet local business requirements and provide pro-active support to your assigned business area.

This role will be a combination of office and home working with a requirement to work in both Congleton and Manchester.

**You’ll make a difference by**:

- Investigate and resolve occasional high risk P&O case work requiring face-to-face support.
- Liaise with expert teams to utilise solutions to achieve project goals and to implement local requirements defined by the specialist P&O teams, such as reward and talent acquisition.
- Play a lead role in communication of P&O and people topics to line management.
- Manage the business’s relationships with trade unions, where the business requires it.
- Manage the business’s relationships with employees though an employee consultative committee.
- Work flexibly across business units according to workload and business requirements.
- Knowledge, implementation and embedding of new P&O tools within the business
- P&O Data Management

**You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including**:

- Chartered member of the CIPD (preferred);
- High degree of employment law knowledge
- Proven and demonstrable experience of the following:

- Implementing change management activities
- Leading and Management of complex P&O projects
- Intercultural awareness
- Trade Union and / or Employee Consultation process knowledge and experience is essential
- Experience of collaboration with stakeholders and cross functional teams
- Proven ability to establish and develop relationships at all levels within a business
