My client have experienced significant growth within their real estate team and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their market-leading real estate team in Southampton.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate documents.
- Provide advice to clients to ensure that their interests are protected and that all relevant laws and regulations are adhered to at all times
- Provide support to the key client teams concerning aspects of complex asset management projects
- Begin to develop client relationships for clients ranging from private equity funds to property companies.
- Collaborate with the teams based in Manchester and London

Skills and Competency
- Experience dealing with a varied and high quality caseload.
- Solid transactional real estate experience, working in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and drafting skills
- Flexibility and adaptability, supporting cases across a broad range of legal issues
- Commercial focus with a knowledge of key areas of the law and able to provide clear, concise, practical advice
- Working collaboratively with other fee earners
- Clear and concise communication skills
- The ability to work independently but also keen to work in a challenging, team-based environment
