**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with various tasks and projects as assigned by the organization
- Support the manager and assistant manager with the day to day running of the shop
- Participate in volunteer training
- Follow organization's policies and procedures
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the organization

**Experience**:

- No prior experience required
- Willingness to learn and contribute to the organization's mission
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
