This is an FTC opportunity until **June 2023** with the possibility of going permanent at another location within London.

We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently.

Together with our partners, we support thousands of homeless young people each year.

We are looking for Supported Housing Officers to work with young people that resident in our supported accommodation. Applicants must have the ability to support Young People with independent living skills (which includes money management), complete case work and assist in the move on process.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting with keywork sessions, risk assessments and professional network meetings
- Supporting Young People to access Private Rented Move On (PRS)
- Leading on young people activities and young people involvement
- Developing lifeskills sessions in line with contractual agreements
- Provide Housing Management functions such as rent collection and void management
- Adherence in service to contractual obligations

**_Applicants for this role will be expected to work on a rota, which includes early and late shifts as well as weekends._**
