They work across the UK and the Isle of Man providing children's homes, supported housing, fostering and specialist support services, all designed for young people in care, on the edge of care, or leaving care. **St Christopher's Fellowship holds 6 Board meetings and St Christopher's IoM meet 4 times a year.**

**Unremunerated, reasonable expenses will be paid**

St Christopher's vision is for every child and young person to be safe, loved, and happy, to achieve their potential and have a bright future. You will be joining the Trustee Board at a pivotal moment for the charity, as they continue to grow its residential, fostering and support services and continue to evolve and extend its therapeutic, life skills and educational support to help young people reach their full potential.

As a Trustee of St Christopher's Fellowship, you will play a critical role in setting the overall strategic direction of the charity, establishing new strategic plans, ensuring overall governance and compliance, and deciding how the charity's vision and mission can best be implemented.

As a Trustee, you will offer personal gravitas, strong interpersonal skills, strategic leadership, and emotional intelligence. We are seeking highly credible and engaged senior leaders to support a motivated and collaborative Trustee Board. You will be committed and share St Christopher's Fellowship's passion to create brighter futures for children and young people.

St Christopher's has identified the following areas of professional expertise as of particular priority:

- Social Care
- Income generation including fundraising and traded services;
- Marketing
- Digital transformation
