**As our Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for**
- The purchase ledger; Processing of supplier invoices, seeking approval of invoices, maintenance of supplier details, reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queries.
- Supplier payments; create and submit monthly supplier payment runs to Financial Controller for approval. Process BACS payment run and send remittances to suppliers prior to payment date.
- Bank Reconciliations and PDQ reconciliations
- Issuing and reconciling petty cash
- Membership administration; controlling membership administration, collecting direct debit payments, issuing renewal invoices and membership cards, resolving queries and generating reports as requested.
- Any other tasks as appropriate, determined by the Financial Controller.

By joining us as our Accounts Assistant, you will become part of our friendly team. This role would be ideally suited to you if you want to work in a busy hotel environment with a great team. The role will be for 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
To ensure you will be successful in your role you will need to possess:
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; a team player
- Good organisational skills, and be self-motivated
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,500.00 per year
