We are looking a passionate **Sales Order Processing Specialist t**o validate commercial bookings and deliver the day to day process around sales order management in an accurate and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with commercial deal structuring and approval within SFDC to support the sales cycle and order efficiency.
- To drive documentation compliance throughout the sales and annuity process cycles; including work orders, purchase orders, contracts and statements of work.
- To review in detail all documents and ensure they comply with Sabio policy, process and procedures.
- Identify areas of non-compliance with documents and processes and to integrate and liaise with other departments within the business to ensure swift resolution of such issues.
- Maintain Salesforce as directed, specifically to assist with the population of product catalogue items; Drive the opportunity process and control around commercial handover from Negotiate & Close into Order Management and through to Closed Booked
- To process all documents and system information accurately and in a timely manner, specifically SFDC Booking, Financial Force Projects, Sales Orders/Confirmations and subsequent Annuity Service Contract within our systems.
- Creation of all Financial Force projects of commercial sale including creation of Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Time Tracking Milestones and any Miscellaneous Adjustments to ensure complete handover to the support and delivery teams.
- To support both internal and external customers and ensure that all receive a timely service whilst ensuring that all order transactions meet the overriding needs of the business.
- Liaise and integrate with Purchase Order Processing Team to ensure a smooth flow of data between sales and purchasing and to identify any product constraints.
- Drive the co-termination of support to assist the renewal process for anniversaries & end of term renewals.
- Deliver weekly and monthly reporting in a timely manner.
- Assist with the month end billing process, specifically relating to timely dispatching of all project related invoice requests and/or billing events and ensuring all annuity related invoices have been dispatched on time.
- Active involvement in the Group Order Management team as a whole.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience of Sales Order Processing, Sales Support and/or equivalent role
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Financial Force and SAGE software systems preferable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships
- Performance driven and able to deliver key outputs working under pressure as required
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Analytical and numerate
- Ability to deliver to deadlines
- Highly organised, able to prioritise own workload
- An energetic approach and a can-do attitude
- Enjoys working as part of a team and collaboration
- Self - motivated
