**Key Purpose**
- Provide administrative support to the Remarketing Sales Team
- Ensure that all data is processed through relevant systems within required time frames
- Produce accurate pre-sale reporting
- Ensure that sale documentation and invoices are produced within required time frames

**Summary of Responsibilities**
- Conduct permanent supervision requirements
- Create key KPI reports in line with requests and in required time frames
- Liaise with suppliers and partners in order to gather pre-sale information
- Conduct daily audits between monies received prior to release of vehicles and documentation
- Respond to all queries relating to the after sales process
- Conduct bi-annual stock review
- Manage the number of days that vehicles are in stock against department and company objectives
- Ensure that all relevant documentation is sent to suppliers and partners
- Ad hoc projects

**Essential Criteria**
- Experience working in an administrative support environment
- Problem solving
- Time management
- Good standard in IT literacy with particular focus on Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good level of numeracy
