**Position**: Finance Assistant (Part Time)
- **Hourly Rate: £12.30 - £13.33 per hour, depending on experience**:

- **Location**:Bolney (Own transport is essential)
- **Hours**: 12 hours a week, flexible on which days and hours are worked.

We are delighted to be working alongside an Education Specialist, seeking a Finance Assistant on a temp to perm basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is looking for a Monday - Friday position. The school are looking for a good all rounder finance assistant, who is looking for a part-time position.

**The Role**:

- Maintaining supplier details in the purchase ledger.
- Manage BACs payments.
- Liaising with budget holders for approval invoices.
- Reconciling statements for suppliers.
- Dealing with queries.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation of the purchase ledger.
- Log incoming invoices onto Sage.
- Daily banking and balancing.
- Dealing with petty cash requests from all staff.
- Posting nominal ledger journals.

**Responsibilities and Experience**:

- Ensuring that health and safety and child protection regulations are always adhered to.
- Maintaining confidentiality and GDPR requirements.
- Previous finance experience.

Due to the nature of the company an enhanced DBS is required. If you do not have an enhanced DBS then you must be willing to have one processed.
