**Part-Time Receptionist Position in Coalville**

**Role Responsibilities**:
Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
Managing incoming calls and correspondence with a polite and professional demeanour
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organised calendar
Providing administrative support to various departments as needed
Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
**Skills & Experience Required**:
Proven experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role ideally minimum 12 months.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
No qualifications required for this role and on job training will be provided
A welcoming and friendly personality, with a customer-oriented approach
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
**Benefits**:
An hourly rate of £12.00 per hour
