**Position: Salesperson**

The Salesperson is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers to promote sales of our products and services. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers to convert those relationships into new sales. The Salesperson will be responsible for prospecting for new business and working with a team to achieve company goals.

**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage a high volume of inbound leads from leads generated through marketing, advertising, and other lead generation programs
- Develop and maintain a database of customers you will generate while cold calling
- Prospect for new business through networking, online search engine listings, word of mouth, etc.
- Build relationships with prospective customers through exchange of information and product information.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures in performing job duties.
- Maintain personal knowledge of company products and services to answer questions and provide information to new customers.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Self-motivated, motivated by external factors, self-disciplined.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment depending on the needs of the job assignment.
- Strong negotiation skills used for obtaining agreements from prospective/customers/prospective customers.
- Ability to build rapport with clients/prospective customers.
- Basic IT skills, EG using Outlook, excel, microsoft, printers ETC
- Must speak fluent english.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Harlow, CM20 2SL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales (preferred)
- Customer service (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
