Client Relations Officer

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service, nurturing and building strong, sustainable relationships
- Daily communications with clients, to update them on the status of their accounts, including any ongoing complaints, addressing their needs and resolving any issues
- Co-ordinate New Client Information Packs. Conduct data entry and maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
- Communicate effectively with clients ensuring clear understanding of information and instructions and relay these appropriately.
- Work alongside the IT department to produce month end and management information reports.
- Analyse client feedback and provide recommendations for improvement to enhance overall client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client enquiries and requests
- Ensure service and audit standards are achieved daily.
- Manage Client Services/Client Onboarding Inboxes/phone lines
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous 2 years experience in a client relations role
- Exceptional relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and ability to navigate CRM systems
- Ability to analyse client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Have an ability to demonstrate a logical and methodical approach to work, with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Computer literate.

- Be adaptable and willing to embrace change.
- Have the ability to work autonomously.
- A positive and approachable manner
