About the Role

Level: 2

Department: Quilter Cheviot / Sustainable Investment Team

Location: London (Office based)

Contract type: 3-month contract, Monday-Friday 9-5

The purpose of the role is to assist the Sustainable Investment Team with effective and efficient team support and administration. You will likely be in contact with our clients through managing their correspondence, organising meetings, preparing meeting packs and answering the phones.

You will be collaborating with various teams, including the Quality Assurance Team to support Investment Managers to ensure clients’ portfolios remain suitable. You will also be liaising with internal and external stakeholders to carry out any other duties that ensure the smooth running of our service.

You will also be assisting in the general administration and record keeping by managing dairies, post, room bookings and assisting with periodic data entry exercises.

You will have a keen eye for detail and a structured approach to task management and meeting deadlines with and the ability to learn IT systems quickly.
