**3 months - Temporary with strong likelihood of extensions**

**Office based**: Full-time office based

A fantastic opportunity for vetting specialists. Supporting one of the UK's busiest airports. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent administrative support for the onboarding team.

**Job Role Duties**:
To deliver compliant referencing packs that meet Security Pass Standards and Department for Transport statutory aviation vetting requirements.

This will be achieved through:

- Establishing full referencing history for new employees to Heathrow
- Conducting security interviews as part of the background checks
- Collating referencing packs in a compliant way to meet legislative requirements

**Role Requirements**:
We are looking for applicants who have experience in dealing with compliance, vetting and referencing in an aviation environment (preferred).

As well as this we are looking for people with;
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate well with all levels of stakeholders.
- The ability to deliver customer service that exceeds expectations, offers proactive support, and actively anticipates customer needs.
- An accurate, organised, and flexible approach, with the ability to plan, prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
- Solid administration skills, with the ability to learn new skills and cross train when required.
- A passion for embracing change and looking for improvements.
