Hours : 37.5 hpw
Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm
Job Purpose
To carry out a wide range of secretarial/administrative tasks and to support a number of capital development projects within the company
Main Responsibilities
Duties will be some or all of the following as required.
1. Word processing.
2. Sorting and responding to mail as appropriate.
3. Dealing with general enquiries.
4. Maintaining diaries.
5. Servicing meetings.
6. Sorting and processing information.
7. Dealing with requests for information.
8. Making appointments
9. Filing
10. Dealing with telephone calls.
11. Photocopying/faxing.
12. Minute taking
13. Providing project administrative support
14. Any other secretarial or administrative duties which may arise.
1. 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent / higher qualification AND 1 years’ experience in a clerical/ administrative role
OR 2 years experience in a clerical/administrative role
2. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Word
