Middleton Lodge is a country retreat tucked away in the North Yorkshire countryside. Here at the estate, we have The Coach House, a relaxed restaurant with rooms, serving an all-day kitchen garden inspired menu and the super unwinding Treatment Rooms.

The Main House, Marquee and Fig House are three individually designed event spaces available to hire exclusively for weddings and privately events.

**Responsibilities**:

- As Estate Concierge you will need to be always alert and friendly in order to fulfil job requirements and deliver a high standard of customer service to guests.
- Estate Concierge will assist all guests and all teams within the Estate.

Other essential requirements:

- Polite and friendly manner
- Smart appearance
- Physically fit.
- Trustworthy
- Clear communicator and quick problem solver
- 25 years and over
- Driving license

Concierge Skills and Qualifications

Concierges have excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, as well as high levels of patience and professionalism.

Our ideal Estate Concierge:

- Can recognize when guests require help and aid in a positive manner.
- Can anticipate the needs of all guests, satisfy expectations and to go that extra mile in ensuring that the guests enjoy their experience with us.

Must have a driving licence.

25 years and over

Duties & responsibilities:

- Securing the estate
- Setting up of conferences & events
- General cleaning
- Ensure public safety is always adhered to
- Ensure fire procedures are carried out when needed
- Basic food & beverage duties
- 3 daily walk rounds
- Estate lock down
- Set up wedding, conferences, breakfast front & back of house
- Moving Luggage
- Tidy up from weddings (outside areas)
- Check all public areas are cleared and presentable
- Stock coal bin/wood bins when appropriate
- Assisting in checking in guests
- Support all departments
- Handover daily

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
