Job Title: highway operative

**Duties**:

- Perform utility locating tasks using specialized equipment and techniques
- Conduct thorough investigations to identify and mark the location of underground utilities
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working in various environment
- Installing and maintaining bus stops and shelters on behalf of TfL

streetworks qualification

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in utility locating is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret maps, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
