An opportunity to join an experienced, versatile team, providing stores support in a sports environment.

Position Overview

Working closely with military Physical Trainers, the post holder will provide administrative support to site Sports and Recreation Centre.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide contracted administrative support to the PT Department, including maintaining sport programmes, forecasts, plans and contact lists, coordinating stationery, ordering victuals.
- Liaise with all external user groups and sports organisations who request the use of the sports facilities/pitches and co-ordinate all invoices for payment of the sports facilities/pitches.
- Undertake any additional tasks as determined by the Line Manager.

- Good organisational skills and a high degree of integrity.
- Proven track record of delivering a quality service with customer facing experience.
- Persuasive and credible verbal and written communicator with the ability to develop close working relationships.
- IT literate.
- Proactive approach and the ability to embrace change.
- Ability to manage short notice changes to requirements and deadline.
- Good standard of education.
