YOUR ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity to join our talented Solutions Design Team who work in partnership with new and existing customers to design and implemented warehouse and transport solutions to support with their operational requirements.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Throughout your 12-month placement in the Solutions Design team, you will analyse and interpret data to better understand the volume flows applicable to warehouse and transport operations. You will utilise tools such as Paragon, CAD and the Primo Model to schedule routes, plan warehouse layouts and analyse warehouse productivity to inform resource requirements.

After 6 months of comprehensive learning and exposure, it will be expected that you should be in a position, with close support, to begin taking the lead on your own design projects on behalf of one of our smaller customers.

This is a high-profile role that will see you regularly interacting with customers and key internal project stakeholders, writing reports and preparing and delivering presentations.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

To be considered for this position you will need to be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, be an analytical and logical thinker with intermediate excel capabilities. It would also be beneficial if you came with experience of analysing data and can demonstrate your attention to detail and accuracy.
