As a Production Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing the workflow across studio teams of artworkers, proofreaders, and digital production designers, whilst delivering top-notch creative solutions to valued clients.

Your leadership will instill a can-do culture that drives excellence and ensures the timely delivery of exceptional work that exceeds your client’s expectations.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of the day-to-day workload across the team, balancing priorities and ensuring efficient project management.
- Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Allocate approximately 60% of your time to hands-on work while dedicating the remaining 40% to leadership and team management.
- Collaborate closely with squad leads and resource teams to align on project requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure that artwork briefs are prepared and communicated to the team on time for seamless project execution.
- Champion a collaborative and cohesive work environment that fosters teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Manage and mentor a team of artworkers, digital production specialists, proofreaders, and print managers to achieve outstanding results.
