A leading manufacturing business based in Gloucester is looking to recruit for 2x Master Production Scheduler / Production Planner on a full-time permanent basis.

Role - Master Production Scheduler / Production Planner

Type - Permanent

Locations - Gloucester

Salary - Competitive (DOE)

Hybrid working

Key responsibilities for Master Production Scheduler / Production Planner and will not be limited to:

- To ensure the plans are adhering to the various planning parameters as and when required: Safety Time, Safety Stock, Quotas & workshare, etc
- To lead the MPS monthly meetings with all required parties, in order to collectively agree & commit on a master plan on a 2 years horizon.
- To lead the MPS weekly meetings with all required parties, in order to collectively agree & commit on a master plan on a 52 weeks horizon.
- To assess the feasibility of the master schedules that are being proposed in terms of capacity requirements.
- To monitor the adherence to the weekly plan, running the root cause analysis in case of deviation to the plan and establishing an action plan to avoid any reoccurrence.
- To monitor the consistency of the Master Production Schedules with the Production Plan (assembly & machining levels).
- To maintain the MPS related KPIs for the site.
- To attend and support the Sales & Operations Planning processes: Demand Reviews, Production Plan reviews, Internal Supply reviews, Load & Capacity reviews, etc
- To continuously contribute to improving the Planning processes.
- To contribute to the definition of the Global Data processes.
