**About us**

Northwest Veterinary Specialists, formerly Northwest Surgeons, established in 2003, grew from a family run business to become one of the Northwest's leading orthopaedic referral hospitals. Following the introduction of Internal Medicine in 2009, Northwest Veterinary Specialists evolved into a Multi-Discipline Veterinary Hospital.

We are situated in a purpose-built multi-discipline Veterinary Hospital offering 24 hour in-patient care facilities with a qualified clinical team, located just off Junction 12 of the M56.
At Northwest Veterinary Specialists, we aim to enhance the lives of our patients by providing effective, appropriate surgical and medical solutions when specialist input is required from our growing Discipline teams, which now include a wide range of services including neurology, orthopaedic, soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, diagnostic imaging, physiotherapy, anaesthesia and oncology.
