About the role
We are delighted to share that a unique opportunity has arisen as a Colleague Communications Co-ordinator on a 9-12 month parental cover.
This role is responsible for helping to deliver and build colleague benefits & reward communications to engage colleagues about our benefits package. Involves looking after projects and creating comms.
Managing supplier/external relationships and internal relationships outside of the immediate team would be advantageous in this role.
You will be responsible for
- Being a vital communications support for the Reward and Benefits Team.
- Helping to develop engaging, paper and online communications including content, design, digital, print.
- Helping to write about (sometimes) complex things, in a simple way for colleagues - with a good eye for detail.
- Looking after communication projects with good organisational and planning skills.
- Managing the logisitics of a project inc. print, post and delivery of communications including posters, leaflets and letters for Core Benefit communication campaigns such as Save As You Earn and Total Reward Statements.
- Being able to work cross functionally and keeping the team up-to-date with progress /sign off.
- Supporting with communication delivery on ad hoc wider benefits, reward, pension and change projects.
- Working with the Brand and Corporate Communications Team to ensure communications are signed off.
- Working with the relevant Communications Team to ensure our Benefits and Reward information is communicated in a clear and simple way.
- Gaining insight from our colleagues to find out what works, what doesn't and what's needed.
- Keeping to budget on communications projects and working with suppliers to manage costs.

- Managing supplier/external relationships and internal relationships outside of the immediate team
- Project and communications experience desirable
