Neurodiversity Project Co-ordinator

The ambition of the Programme is to develop a needs-led Hertfordshire Neurodiversity Model, that provides timely, and appropriate services to families and neurodiverse children to enable good health and well-being.
1. To provide dedicated project support to specific projects within the Neurodiversity Transformation team as required.
2. To use project management skills to support the planning, organising, implementation and delivery of projects.
3. To support the development and updates of project documentation e.g., scope definitions, risk and issue registers and action logs, including governance processes.
4. To coordinate and facilitate meetings e.g., with agenda planning, minute taking and action tracking.
5. Liaise with internal & external stakeholders at all levels including frontline staff, senior and executive managers, and service users.
6. To use own creativity and ingenuity to contribute ideas to projects and improvement initiatives
7. Actively contribute as a vital member of the team and wider Mental Health Learning Disabilities and Autism Health and Care Partnership (MHLDAHCP), enthusiastically supporting colleagues and attending and contributing to team meetings
8. Support project team with writing service specifications
9. Support project team with co-production activities

The post requires travel across Hertfordshire, working across multiple sites. The post will be based primarily at Howard Court, WGC and The Colonnades, Hatfield the post holder will also be able to work from home.
