An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new band 4 Phlebotomy Administrator Lead to join our NELF T BHR community phlebotomy team. We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to provide effective lead management to the phlebotomy admin team. We require someone who can consistently deliver a client-focused service which promotes good customer service and effective working relationships. The successful applicant must always promote a positive image, display good leadership and communicate effectively with patients, carers and other members team.

Your responsibilities will include managing the online booking system, ensuring urgent and routine referrals for our clinic and domiciliary services are processed in a timely manner and ensure effective staffing cover for our telephone lines and reception in our phlebotomy clinics.

We currently run phlebotomy clinics in Barking & Dagenham (B&D), Havering and Redbridge area, so now would be an exciting time to join us

Probationary Period

Starting with NELFT

NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop-in sessions focussing on engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham Essex

High Cost Area Supplement - London

This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £4,108 and a maximum payment of £5,177

COVID-19 Vaccination
