Texo Recruitment has an opportunity for a Internal Recruitment Consultant to join their Aberdeen offices' team. We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional who is self-motivated, target-driven, and has experience with oil & gas recruitment.

TEXO Recruitment is based in Westhill, Aberdeen, and we are proud to be part of TEXO Group. Founded in 2020, we are an independent recruitment firm that specialise in Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Construction, Commercial and Welding & Fabrication sectors.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Contract recruitment within an Oil & Gas enviroment.
- Completing relevant background checks and referencing

**Client Management**
- Consult with clients and guide them through the recruitment process
- Ensuring client management is at the forefront of all activities, maintaining a positive working relationship

**Marketing and Sourcing Activities**
- Ensuring that all data relevant to the recruitment process is accurately recorded using internal databases

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required**
- 2+years’ experience within a similar Recruitment Consultant/Sales role is essential
- Excellent client management and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to prioritise and delegate
- Internal, and/or external recruitment experience
- Full UK driving license essential

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
