**The role**:
**This top-tier practice is looking to appoint a Private Property & Landed Estates** Associate NQ, including September qualifiers, **into their Landed Estates group based in **Bristol**.**

This team specialises in handling complex landed estates, agricultural and rural property, country houses and high-value residential property transactions across England and Wales.

They have a diverse client base made up of UHNW/HNW individuals, families, entrepreneurs, companies, trustees and charities with a strong pipeline of work coming out of the City of London.

You will be given the support and guidance to provide bespoke services to clients when it comes to the sale, purchase, leasing and mortgaging of farms, estates, country houses and other rural properties.

**This role would suit someone who has experience in Residential or Commercial Property, Private Wealth, and/or Agriculture with the desire to diversify into this unique and vibrant area of law.**
