Helpdesk administrator required for a busy service desk team in the heart of Canary Wharf. This is a service desk looking after a very large client in their stunning offices. Calls will come in from tenant clients relating to maintenance/tech issues andthese must be logged and processed accordingly. These calls will relate to buildings maintenance.

**Duties**:

- Responding to client queries within SLA's
- Liaising with internal teams such an engineers to oversee the delivery of support to clients
- Being proactive to deliver excellent levels of client care
- Producing required reports

Person spec:

- Minimum 1 year experience in similar role
- Experience working in a service/helpdesk role (highly desirable)
- Experience using ticketing system (highly desirable)
