Postholder will be required to work with ICB finance lead Human Resources Attend all mandatory training and ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements, fully recognising the NHS's responsibility with regard toData Protections and Information Governance InformationResources Ensure the completion and submission of timely and appropriate information and data to the Co-ordinating organisation for the BHAWA regional information system Research and Development Conduct pre-assessment and assessment of participants against the award criteria Freedom to Act Act as the main point of contact for NHS organisations participating in the programme, acting as the specialist health improvement project lead The postholder has the freedom to act within the clearly defined BHAWA framework, policies and operating guidelines Responsible for managing their workload under supervision Expected to escalate any risks or issues early to their line manager proposing mitigations to risks and solutions for managing any project issues EFFORT & ENVIRONMENT Physical Light physical effort, including laptop / computer use Mental Concentration required for checking documents and writing reports. Emotional Work tasks on occasions may involve issues of a sensitive or contentious nature All staff are expected to be adaptable and flexible to the needs of the organisation Working conditions Office conditions/extended laptop or computer use Hybrid working arrangements to be agreed with line manager Some travel regionally maybe required This job description is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities. The post holder will be asked to carry out other duties which are appropriate to the skills of the post holder and grade of the post as the priorities of the service change and/or to ensure business continuity. Key Relationships Internal The post holder will be required to work closely with fellow post-holder External The post holder will be required to work closely with NHS primary care organisations.

They will also work with the TUC (Award co-ordinators), local authorities, other relevant stakeholders and Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID). General Terms All staff have a responsibility for safeguarding and protecting adults and children from abuse, regardless of the setting in which the care takes place. ICB staff must remain mindful of safeguarding when commissioning services and use the expertise of Designated professionals when developing service specifications. All staff need to be aware of relevant ICB policies in relation to safeguarding and must take part in training as identified within the ICB Safeguarding Training Strategy, in line with the requirements of the intercollegiate documents for child and adult safeguarding.

Any changes will be fully discussed with the post-holder. The post-holder may be required to carry out other projects relating to the post
