If you enjoy customer service and would like to work with a small team but be part of a large organisation that really do care about their staff, this could be the role for you

**Role**

You will be responsible for:

- Processing a large volume of orders
- You will work independently at times but also within a team to achieve personal KPI targets.
- You will constantly utilise your excellent communication skills and prioritise your own workload.

**About you**:
Essential criteria:

- Previous experience of dealing with customers in a commercial service or sales role
- Previous experience of dealing with large volumes of customer queries via the telephone and e mail
- The ability to work in a team as well as individually
- Sound working knowledge of Office Applications, especially Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Sound decision making
- Willing to travel to other offices for training purposes
- Have a proactive approach to work and a good work ethicDesirable criteria
- IT skills to include previous working knowledge of SAP
- Qualification in Business, Customer Services or IT

**Benefits**
- Hours of Work: 35 per week (Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5pm)
