**Your profile**:
**The Role**

Your core mission is to accumulate followers and drive engagement on social media channels (LinkedIn & Twitter) and motivate followers to visit the website and consume other content as a precursor to taking a meeting. As a Social Media Marketing Representative, you will report to the Marketing lead and help build the marketing and sales funnel. You will collaborate closely with marketing, engagement and sales colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Source and attract new followers and tease out engagement on social media platforms
- Source and identify leads on social media who we should be looking to reach
- Creatively leverage our content strategy and other themes to make new connections
- Be highly organised in keeping track of leads, contacts and tracking progress
- Contribute to the content strategy by identifying areas of interest in our potential audience
- Collaborate and build relationships internally to identify opportunities and source more leads through referrals and connections

**Key skills/Requirements**
- Emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
- Degree educated in a relevant field
- Be confident expressing opinions and be able to evidence this on social media
- Work experience and evidence of taking the initiative
- Self-starter with the ability to build rapport
- Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills
- Social media savvy & the capacity to upskill in social media tooling fast
- Team player

**Beneficial Extras**
- Experience working with marketing or CRM products such as Salesforce.
- Healthcare sector experience or exposure would be highly advantageous.

We are a remote-first company, with the majority of our team working remotely full-time with the ability to connect with colleagues at either of our two co-working spaces in London and Derby. Virtual team meetings are typically weekly, with Company catchups monthly.
