Waking Night Support Worker

Halland House is a residential home for adults with learning disabilities.

We are looking for full-time or part time waking night support workers to join our growing team. You will be joining an established and caring team of support workers and managers, working in a fast-paced environment with lot's going on You will play a key role in looking after our residents.

As a waking night worker, you'll help keep our residents safe and help the home run effectively. You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship - and sharing great moments and memories too. It's a chance to bring your compassion and dedication to a fun and fulfilling environment.

You'll also be working with the other night workers on the shift to help with ensuring the home is clean and ready for the following day to begin.

You'll need to have empathy, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills to join us. If you have that, then you don't need any specific care experience as we'll provide all the training you need to succeed. Most of all, you'll have real compassion for all our residents in order to deliver the highest standard of care and support.
