Halland House is a residential home for adults with learning disabilities.


You will be joining an established and caring team of support workers and managers, working in a fast-paced environment with a lot going on The people we support love activities, such as local outings, going to the cinema, and visits to the local pub You will play a key role in looking after our residents and ensuring they have access to the activities that they choose to join.


As a support worker, you'll help our residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.

You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship - and sharing great moments and memories too. It's a chance to bring your compassion and dedication to a fun and fulfilling environment. Every day will be different, so you can expect to undertake work that's as varied as it is rewarding.

You'll need to have empathy, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills to join us.

If you have that, then you don't need any specific care experience as we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.

Most of all, you'll have real compassion for all our residents to deliver the highest standard of care and support.
