- Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain general ledgers
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including issuing invoices and making payments
- Prepare and submit payroll, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payments
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Monitor and maintain financial data integrity and confidentiality
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
