Sales Supervisor

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to achieve sales targets
- Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Create and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a retail supervisory role is required
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of retail management systems and point-of-sale software
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to make sound decisions

We offer competitive pay based on experience.

Pay: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
