- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Train staff in effective customer service techniques.
- Create and execute promotional activities to drive sales.
- Oversee stock levels, ordering, and restocking.
- Maintain attractive and organized store displays.
- Ensure products are correctly priced and labelled.
- Handle cash management and daily financial transactions.
- Ensure the store complies with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Maintain health and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Ilford, IG3 8EZ (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Ilford, IG3 8EZ: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (preferred)
