**Finance Assistant / Accounts Administrator**who has experience of Sage 200, MS Excel and Word, with excellent communication and organisational skills is required for well-established and prestigious private members club based in London.

**SALARY**:£28,000 - £30,000 per annum + Benefits (see below)

**JOB OVERVIEW**

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Finance Assistant / Accounts Administratorwho has experience of Sage 200, MS Excel and Word, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Working as a Finance Assistant / Accounts Administrator you will report to the Finance Director and assist the finance department with banking and bank reconciliations and the collection of subscriptions due.

As a Finance Assistant / Accounts Administrator you will also provide general finance administration Assistance to other finance team members.

**DUTIES**

Your duties as Finance Assistant / Accounts Administratorwill include:

- Download bank transactions on a daily basis
- Input transactions to Sage and subscription system as required
- Perform weekly bank reconciliations
- Process annual, quarterly and monthly direct debit runs for subscriptions
- Input of new DD details to the membership system
- Deal with bounced DDs and following up with members alternative methods of payment
- Input cheque and BACS receipts of subscriptions to the membership system
- Follow up with members who have not paid their subscriptions
- Maintain the Roehampton Club Trust cash book and sage postings
- Reconcile instalment payers on a monthly basis
- Dealing with the administration of issuing shares to new members
- Dealing with the administration of buying back shares from resigning members
- Dealing with part payment for shares
- Maintain Art Group accounts on Sage and prepare reports for meetings as required
- Assist with the reconciliation of certain balance sheet accounts
- Processing month end journals, as required
- Other ad hoc duties to assist the finance team as required

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience of Sage 200
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- Attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Take pride in producing high quality, accurate results
- Work well as part of a team
