E-commerce Associate and Sales Administrator

Giatalia is part of a group of companies that was established in 1979.
We are importers of retail furniture that already have established relationships with several platforms and online retailers.
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Associate to maintain our online platforms and relationships with our retailers whist also being responsible for administration related to this role.

Role:
You will be responsible for all administrative and customer service aspects of our multi-channel e-commerce infrastructure, including products, content management, customer sales / service. Making general configuration changes within the platforms. Our site caters to both B2B (wholesale) and B2C (direct retail) customers.
- Maintaining storefronts on eBay, Wayfair and our own Retail Store
- Writing A+ content for listings
- Uploading managing and maintaining all listings
- Maintaining High Customer Service
- Filing away paperwork
- Basic Marketing and Advertising
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and item specs

Essentials:

- Worked on a selling platform previously
- Punctual, numeracy skills, literacy skills, IT literate (Excel, Word, Photoshop)
- Work independently and part of a team
- Motivated, organised and detail orientated
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

Desirable:

- Experience in a similar field (sales or furniture)
- Social Media

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 - 37.5 per week

**Salary**: £19,500.00-£21,500.00 per year
