Come and be a Receptionist at Freshwater Beach Holiday Park.

As the friendly face of our reception, your upbeat personality and customer service skills are needed to welcome customers and guests.

You will:

- Answer a multi-line telephone system.
- Greet customers and visitors in a welcoming, efficient and professional manner.
- Record customer's requirements in the bookings system.
- Answer queries and resolve customer issues.
- maintain the reception area, ensuring displays are tidied, up-to-date and the area meets health and safety requirements.
- receive and account for any payments taken at reception maintaining appropriate security of cash and processing credit/debit card payments.
- carry out any other relevant tasks as and when required.
