Merlin Estates Ltd is an established Residential Property Management Company providing a full range of essential services relating to Residential Property Administration.

**Job description**:
We are seeking a Property Administrator as an addition to our small, friendly team based in Ewshot (near Farnham).

Property experience isn't essential but would be preferable. The job can be demanding so being able to multitask and possess good organisational skills would be helpful.

**You will require**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

**Key duties**:
Following the introduction of new regulations, you would be closely working with the Maintenance and Health & Safety team to ensure all areas of our property portfolio is meeting all necessary compliance under the Health and Safety and Fire Regulations act.
- Finalising reports:

- Creating and sending of letters to property owners:

- Liaising with contractors on active work orders through to completion:

- Taking on a support role consisting of general administration and call handling where required.

**Job Type**:

- Full-time or Part-time. Monday - Friday. Office based role. Job share would also be considered

**Salary**:
£21,000 - £23,000 dependent on experience and pro rata for part time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
