**LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR**
We are on the look out for a Lettings Negotiator to join one of Farnham's leading Estate Agencies on a permanent part-time basis.
Hours 1pm-6pm Thursdays and Fridays and 9am-5pm Saturdays
Salary - £10-11.50ph depending on experience + paid business mileage
Key responsibilities for the Lettings Negotiator include,
- Registering clients details
- Showing tenants around houses

The ideal Lettings Negotiator will need,
- A full UK driving licence and own transport
- Be professionally presented with excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Highly customer focused
- Computer literate with good administrative skills
- Previous property experience not essential however a genuine interest in property is key

Note this is a permanent part-time position for 18 hours a week
