**Position: Factoring Officer** **Location: Inverness or Invergordon (Flexible)** **Duration: 8-12 weeks**

Global Highland is looking for a Factoring Officer in either Inverness or Invergordon to join our client, whois a reputable property management company dedicated to providing high-quality factoring services on a temporary assignment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring all factoring responsibilities are carried out in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, providing clear and accurate information on factoring services and property-related matters.
- Conduct property inspections to assess and maintain the condition of properties, identifying any issues and recommending necessary actions.
- Collaborate with property owners, tenants, and contractors to resolve any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in property management and factoring is essential for this role.
- Knowledge of factoring practices, property maintenance, and relevant legislation.
- Experience in conducting property inspections would be highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
