**SHIPPING & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR**

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

**Start Date**:
ASAP

**Role responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Overseeing all aspects of logistics, ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials from suppliers to clients;
- Requesting for quotations from shipping and trucking companies;
- Managing orders and coordinating stock of materials and equipment;
- Processing all customs paperwork and shipping documentation;
- Providing general administrative support to the team at all times;
- Providing accurate shipping instructions and coordinating all freight, optimizing routings for cost savings;
- Any other office duties required on an ad hoc basis.

**Essential**:

- Previous experience within an administrative position
- Quick learner who can think on their feet and use their own initiative
- Confident user of MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment - working to deadlines and ability to react to short notice changes to suit operational requirements
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive
- Ability to work in a team
- Interpersonal skills
- Communication skills
- Flexible approach
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluent speaker in Italian or German, but not essential.

Previous experience of shipping/logistics, preferably in import/export is desired but not essential. Full training will be provided.

**Salary**:
Excellent pay based on experience. Benefits include private medical insurance, enhanced maternity pay and pension. Mobile phone and laptop will also be provided for hybrid working.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
