Secretary to The Community Psychiatrists

**About the role**
We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our Administration Team at the Community Mental Health Service for Adults where you will provide support for our Psychiatrists via the organisation of clinics, the production of accurate written work, the maintenance of electronic records and a range of other administrative tasks. Patient contact is a key part of this role via the answering of telephone queries throughout the working day.
In order to be eligible for this role you must have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience of using patient administration software, or comparable systems. You must also be able to quickly understand and learn processes, and demonstrate the utmost discretion and resilience when dealing with difficult and/or sensitive information.
