Foundry Gym one of the most sucesful gyms in the town, open 24hrs a day 7 days per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the business, including sales, customer service, and administrative tasks
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Previous experience in retail management or sales management is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and stakeholders
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base
- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Proficient in phone etiquette, ensuring professional and courteous communication with customers over the phone
- Proven ability to sell products or services effectively, utilizing persuasive techniques when necessary
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and keep track of important information

**Salary**: £18,000 plus bonus

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
