**Job Summary**

This position is responsible for the daily Management of the OrthoKit Warehouse and Demo Departments. Ensuring all Customer requirements and productivity are met in line with departmental KPI’s.

**The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have**:

- Co-ordinate work and maintain a team of people trained to work within Orthokit Distribution.
- To support and implement process improvements and drive efficiencies.
- Manage any changes and communicate effectively within OrthoKit Distribution. Identify, develop and implement appropriate training when/ where applicable.
- Excellent understanding of Departmental KPI’s.
- Perform additional duties as determined by senior management.
- Liaise with all relevant departments across the organization.
- Develop appropriate system and procedure knowledge, to be able to respond to issues from external and internal customers.
- Ensure self & team adhere to compliance to all company policies and work instructions.
- Follow all requirements for Quality assurance and audits.
- Lead performance management reviews.
- Responsible for managing inventory accuracy within department.
- Authorize holidays in line with departmental guidelines.
- Complete absence notification/return to work interview & first level formal reviews in line with company policy
- Encourage and support the training and development of all team members.
- Manage resource and additional hours to meet departmental target.
- Ensure all OrthoKit customer orders are received and dispatched within agreed KPI’s.
- Manage promote and assist in the deployment of Continuous Improvements.

**Qualifications**:
**We would love to hear from YOU, if you have the following essential requirements**:

- In-depth understanding of the objectives of Distribution and how they fit into the wider context
- Good understanding of key contacts within the distribution center/UKSC
- Knowledge of work instructions and SOP’s
- Knowledge of aviation security
- High level knowledge of all relevant operating systems used within the distribution center
- Ability to work independently, lead by example and encourage others to achieve
- Analytical & problems solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Time management and priority setting
