Lettings Negotiator - Wimbledon
OTE of £50k +
Looking for a hungry, passionate Lettings Negotiator to join this reputable Independent Agency to evolve and become future leaders.
This is a fantastic Agency to work for and the opening is at their vibrant and busy Wimbledon offices. Offering great career prospects and is a wonderful opportunity for Negotiators looking to further their career and progress within the property sector andwhere hard work and success is generously rewarded.

About you:

- Have at least 12 months Lettings experience
- Can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Energetic, enthusiastic, driven and hungry
- KPI driven and motivated to exceed targets
- Personable, friendly with ability to establish quick rapport with applicants
- Articulate, confident and intelligent
- Smart, well-presented and professional in appearance and manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Not afraid of hard work
- Full, clean UK driving licence
